Returns & Exchanges
We want all our customers to love their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once your return has been confirmed please include your original invoice along with the item(s) being returned.
The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your items back, or use recorded delivery if you would like to track the package.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm this and confirm your refund (this is normally complete within a few days) or exchange. If your replacement item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund. All exchanges are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note any original shipping charges are non refundable.

Christmas extended returns policy
All orders placed after 16 November can be returned until 31 January the following year. All returned Items must be unused and in their original condition with garment tags attached.
If you receive a faulty product we will exchange your order within 7 days. If we no longer stock your item, you will get a full refund. We reserve the right to check the claimed item for the fault.
Upon checkout, depending on your location, you may receive an estimate price converted to your local currency. Please note that this is an estimate based on current exchange rates. Your payment will be collected in Pound Sterling (GBP).
