Returns & Exchanges

We want all our customers to love their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed we will no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with garment tags attached.

All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection by Calma Day.

Once your return has been authorised please include the original invoice and returns/exchange form and enclose in original order.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your items back as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not arrive back to us. We cannot offer any guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund/exchange.

If the return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

Should we not have your requested size in stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All exchanges are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Christmas extended returns policy

All orders placed after 16 November can be returned until 31 January the following year. All returned Items must be unused and in their original condition with garment tags attached.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty product we will exchange your order within 14 days. If we no longer stock your item, you will get a full refund. We reserve the right to check the claimed item and determine ourselves whether it is faulty.

CURRENCIES

Upon checkout, depending on your location, you may receive an estimate price converted to your local currency. Please note that this is an estimate based on current exchange rates. Your payment will be collected in Pound Sterling (GBP).
